THE NEWLETTER

BY ALEXA AROHA

I write for women — including Occupational Therapists and other practitioners and well... humans who care for women (everyone) — who are drawn to exploring their inner world, identity, and the deeper layers that shape how we live and practice.

My work sits within the complexity of women’s lives.

It moves through cycles, capacity, life transitions, and the often unseen shifts that influence our experience — not only in how we live, but in how we relate, perceive, and offer care.

It is a space for depth, for noticing, for returning to what sits underneath.

A space where personal and professional begin to blur, and a different kind of understanding can emerge.

I share my thinking, what I’m developing, and perspectives that are often unspoken within occupational therapy and wider care based professions. And, as this work continues to take shape, I’ll also share ways to work with me.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to join.
